Speech Language Therapy
Speech Language Therapy promotes the development of age-appropriate speech and language skills, functional communication skills
as well as oral-motor/swallowing control.
Areas addressed in speech-language therapy include: feeding skills, speech-language delay
and disorders, articulation and phonological development, auditory/perceptual training, respiratory control, cleft palate, voice and fluency (stuttering).
Assistance in selecting, obtaining and using augmentative communication systems such as
sign language, picture communication, and/or electronic devices is also provided by our Speech Language Pathologists.
